Our professional cleaning and warehouse sanitization staff offer a wide range of services beyond standard cleaning. Some of our warehouse and distribution center cleaning services include:

Pallet Management 

Take pallets from staging area and load trailers by pallet type to be returned to provider. Pallets are never left over from the previous day and pallet staging area can never exceeds staging limit. Coordinate pick up of full pallet trailer and schedule drop off empty pallet trailer.

Pallet Grading

Follow process for grading pallets and determining Pallet destination. Move good pallets from Inbound to Outbound dock, which should be stocked with good pallets in a storage location designated by client. Unload and receive new pallets in designated dock door as directed and store them in locations designated by client.

Corrugated Management

Take down corrugate from staging area(s) and load into trailer.  Corrugate stacks are never left over from the previous day and corrugate staging area never exceeds staging limit. Ensure gaylords are handled sufficiently for high volume areas. Schedule pick up of full corrugate trailer and drop off empty trailer Pick up corrugate boxes throughout facility and move full gaylord's of corrugate and replace with empty gaylord. Move full gaylords of corrugate to balers or compactors for processing.  ​

Compactor/Baler/Auger Operations

Operate corrugate balers, auger compactors per standard operating procedure. Operating auger compactors and loading baled corrugate into recycling trailers. 

Power Industrial Truck (PIT) Operations – Forklift

Operate any Powered Industrial Truck operations as required to complete corrugate and pallet management duties. Employees must be PIT certified on all required equipment needed to complete tasks.

Peak vs Off Peak 

Peak season is the winter holiday shopping season between Black Friday and New Year’s. Other high-volume seasons include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, back-to-school, and Halloween. This creates five distinct shopping seasons. 

24/7 Operations 

24x7 means "24 hours a day, 7 days a week" and is used to describe a service, such as warehouse operations, that is continuous, is always available (day or night), or involves facilities that run constantly without disruption or downtime. 

ISO 9001 

ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). It can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity.This standard is based on several quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in ISO’s quality management principles. ISO 9001 standard is often seen in the industrial operating space.
